Motor
A permanent magnet (PM) synchronous motor, made of rare earth, has the function of frequency conversion. It is a kind of high-efficiency one complying with the standard of IE55, can optimize the motor electromagnetic scheme significantly, and improve the efficiency tremendously. The average 5% ~ 10% increment could be reached to reduce the routine use cost. Made of that so-called “Aluminum Iron Boron”, the PM motor could achieve super performance with high remanence, high coercive force, and high magnetic energy, therefore, returning good value for money. It also features a Compact structure, small volume size, lightweight and other characteristics. Since the PM inverter motor eliminates the electric magnetic system, this product can lift the motor efficiency, simplify the motor structure and enhance reliability during operation.
No-load issues will not occur on those air compressors with high-efficiency permanent magnet inverter motors, as they can supply constant pressure, and have very high conversion efficiency at low frequency, so they are more energy-saving. Compared with traditional power frequency ones, PM inverter air compressors could save at least 20% to 50% energy theoretically.
