We are a leading Screw Air Compressor manufacturer in Shanghai. For our Export Trader position, we are seeking a dynamic individual who is both strategic and tactical to assist in designing and implementing competitive sales programs. This individual will be joining our Global Export Team. In this role, a successful candidate will have the opportunity to assist with the implementation of key sales programs, aiding in the transformation of strategy into tangible outcomes. This role will plan, develop, implement, administer, and maintain our global export programs that support the company’s international business philosophy, objectives, competitive position, and local practices. The role also involves participating in client sourcing, trends studying, and new technology focusing, communicating details, creating quotations, and ensuring the achievement of global commercial targets. As well as playing a key role in participating in improvements for a more effective and efficient process. As an Export Trader, you will:

> Tap into the global market by providing foreign project quotations, configuration, and project management services, and actively participate in various bidding opportunities.

> Be the focal point for resolving technical issues, facilitating internal and external coordination and communication, and ultimately ensuring the success of every project.

> Prepare initial offers, contracts, review agreements, and oversee the overall process of production implementation and supervision.

> Assist in completing other related tasks of the foreign project process, such as writing reports, collecting project information, coordinating financial invoices and export documents, recording customer information, and managing other files.

> Complete the requirements for foreign procurement from the domestic department.

> Complete any other work tasks assigned by division leaders.

Tenure requirements:

> Chinese citizen;

> Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a major in international trade or machinery, and basic knowledge of electromechanics.

> Proficient in both written and spoken English, able to work in an English-speaking job environment. Excellent communication, execution, and innovation skills.

> Having experience in exhibiting abroad and visiting foreign customers is advantageous.

> Have a keen insight into the international market and familiar with the foreign trade process, with knowledge about the corresponding market and customers, able to independently understand, track, and provide feedback on customer and product development after completing training and the probation period.

> A skilled player in all major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.

> Have experience in sales and customer service of mechanical products, as well as practical work experience in import and export trade.

> Positive working attitude, serious and meticulous, down-to-earth, and willing to work hard.

> Strong sense of responsibility and a great teamwork spirit.
