Laser cutting is to use a high-power density laser beam to irradiate the material to be cut, so that the material is quickly heated to vaporization temperature, and evaporates to form a hole, as the beam moves, the hole forms a very narrow width (such as 0.1mm or so) slit to complete the cut.

The main advantages of our 4-in-1 Laser Cutting Compression System are small in size, smooth in operation, and high purity of compressed air treatment and perfectly meets the requirements of laser cutting criteria.
Laser-cutting Industries have very high requirements for oil-free, water-free, and dust-free air compression, otherwise can result in a direct impact on the cutting effect, burn the protection lens, and even scrap the laser cutting head in a serious case. Our company has carried out technical upgrades and modifications to meet the above criteria and also had close technical cooperation with top European filter manufacturers to make this combined air compression system work perfectly with laser machine manufacturers, saving them peace of mind.
No-load issues will not occur on those air compressors with high-efficiency permanent magnet inverter motors, as they can supply constant pressure, and have very high conversion efficiency at low frequency, so they are more energy-saving. Compared with traditional power frequency ones, PM inverter air compressors could save at least 20% to 50% energy theoretically.

Our craftsmanly built Laser Cutting Compressor System, protected by IP55 high-efficiency motor, is customized with our refrigerated dryer, configured with a large volume air storage tank. Especially the attached four precision filters with high accuracy, uniformed pole size, replaceable and low maintenance, to ensure stable air output. The whole layout of this perfect combination lets the machine run at an overall smooth operation.
Meet the Criteria for Laser Cutting

2. to meet the airflow satisfaction: Usually, the minimum pressure for cutting can not be less than 1.3Mpa, and the flow rate shall fit the nozzle size for an appropriate result. We, therefore, developed this 4 in 1 Air Compressor for Laser Cutting to meet the choice of laser cutting manufacturers with 1.6Mpa and 1.8Mpa options, to cover most requirements for the laser industry.
High Efficiency for the Air Compressor System
Another major advantage of air cutting is the low operation cost, especially for cutting stainless steel plates, aluminum plates, and galvanized plates, with a comparable effect to nitrogen cutting. Laser cutting can completely supersede the oxygen cutting for those steel plates below 3mm. The combination of our air compression system is a very ideal choice for laser cutting, in terms of direct procurement and service costs in consequence. Glass cutting, for example, can save at least 50% of energy during daily production.
